If you plan to remove or resell the templates, it is best not to use our products. By using this license, the user agrees to the rules below:
- The license is personal and non-transferable to third parties.
- Commercial use (“Resale”) of this version is not permitted.
- Redesigning the template for distribution purposes is not permitted.
- Free distribution of the template is strictly prohibited.
- In case of non-compliance with the above rules, our team reserves the right to completely suspend the license and the user's usage rights. Refunds in such cases are not permitted.
This license does NOT entitle you to technical support and modifications from us, for this please contact us.
2. Delivery
Our models are sold through a third-party sales platform (“x.com”). You will receive the product directly to your email address, which you used to make the purchase. You can also download the item from the platform (“x.com”) after completing the order.
3. Updates
Each model has its own version and in the event of an update, it will be available on the platform.
4. Support terms
When purchasing a model, you will receive our support regarding the purchase. We do NOT provide technical support, model modifications or personal customizations. This is a SEPARATE SERVICE that must be requested from us through our communication channels.
- We do not offer hosting, servers or related services.
- We do not offer support for installation, customization or administration.
- All customizations must be done entirely by the user. No information or guidance will be provided, as this is not in accordance with the previous topic.
- We are not responsible for any errors resulting from unsuccessful customizations made by the user.
5. Refund Policy
Since all of our templates are delivered digitally, all sales are final. We are not obligated to provide refunds in the situations listed below.
- You have downloaded the template or have had access to download it.
- The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of poor quality.
- You purchased a model by mistake, such as with another technology, version or one more model.
- You do not have sufficient experience to use the item.
- You state that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.
6. Price Changes
Dfaivi.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the prices of any products or services at any time, with or without notice.
7. Compatibility
Each model available on our website has its corresponding and compatible technology, we are not responsible for mistakes/lack of experience with the technologies.
Ex: You want a model with PHP technology but you purchased a model with Node.JS technology, which are not compatible.

9. Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change or modify the current set of Terms and Conditions without prior notice. If our Terms and Conditions procedures change, we will promptly post such changes on our Website. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, unless otherwise stated in the amendment provision. An email notification will be sent to Users who request it.
